GUARANTEES

Provence Architecture certifies you :

• A firm and permanent price : the contractually defined price remains unchanging during the whole building period, excepted in case of an additional order.
• A refund guarantee : refunding of advanced fees in case of non-fullfillment of the contract's suspensive conditions (loan or building permit refusal).
• A bank delivery (at the initially defined price) guarantee : in the event of a delay or a failure coming form us, the construction-works are wound up by insurance security.
• A building time period guarantee : your house will be delivered in respect of the initially deadline.
• A insurance against property and work damages : for 10 years, the coverage of damages detracting the fundamental construction's parts is guaranteed, before any responsibility research is initiated.
• A full wind-p guarantee : during the year following the delivery, all damages linked to the construction are paid for.
• A decennial guarantee : all latent defects concerning structural works, groundworks, walls, frames, roofing, flooring, coatlings and plasterings, frontages, are covered during 10 years.
